These terms and conditions govern the use of this website and the provision of construction services by Craig Furse Construction Limited (Company No. 13277258), registered at Worden Farm, Milton Damerel, Holsworthy, Devon, EX22 7NT.
Craig Furse Construction Limited provides construction, building, renovation, and related services across Devon, Cornwall, and Somerset. All work is carried out in accordance with relevant building regulations and standards.
All quotations are provided free of charge and without obligation. Quotes are valid for 30 days from date of issue unless otherwise stated. A quotation is not a fixed price unless expressly confirmed in writing.
A contract is formed when a written quotation is accepted by the client in writing (including email). Any variations to the agreed scope of work must be confirmed in writing and may result in additional charges.
We guarantee our workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of completion. This does not affect any statutory rights. Material warranties are subject to the manufacturer's terms.
Craig Furse Construction Limited holds public liability insurance and employer's liability insurance. Certificates are available upon request.
All work is carried out in compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015) where applicable.
Either party may cancel a contract by providing written notice. If the client cancels after work has commenced, charges will apply for work completed and materials ordered.
Our liability is limited to the contract value. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, delays caused by third parties, or force majeure events.
